Job Description

This role will be responsible for supporting and improving the existing software assets, as well as developing new software for Stratton Finance and related Entities. The Frontend
Developer will work both independently and with the rest of the Development team in fulfilling these
duties. The Technology stack in Stratton consists of frontend technologies, .NET and Salesforce


Qualifications:
  • 4+ years experience in Reactjs and frontend development
  • Experience Developing Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Able to implement pixel perfect frontend UI from designs using front-end technologies
  • Proven knowledge of SCSS & JS
  • Experience consuming RESTful web services
  • Experience in web design/development & portfolio of projects
  • Experience with front end tooling (Webpack, NPM, SASS, Gulp is a plus)
  • Solid understanding of single page application (SPA) design patterns
  • Good knowledge of CSS Animations, Flexbox, Grid, CSS Variables & SVG manipulations in JS
  • Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop and/or Sketch
  • Experience with AWS, EC2, API Gateway, Lambda
  • Experience with DevOps (CI & CD) would be advantageous
  • Experience with writing Unit Tests
  • Experience with using Git source control & Jira
  • Experience with Salesforce development is not mandatory but nice to have
  • Able to take ownership of projects and manage through to completion
