Job Description

Lead fraud prevention and risk management efforts across B2B Customer Experience (CX) processes. Safeguard Globe's assets, maintain customer trust, and enhance operational resilience through proactive identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks and fraudulent activities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively identify, assess, and address risks and fraudulent activities to minimize potential harm, thereby enhancing the operational resilience of Globe

  • Develop and implement comprehensive fraud management policies, guidelines, best practices, and control procedures for B2B CX to ensure a holistic approach to fraud minimization

  • Lead the setup and ongoing management of the Fraud Risk Management (FRM) framework within B2B CX

  • Conduct assessments of processes and initiatives to identify and mitigate risks

  • Manage and respond to fraud reports, ensuring timely and effective resolution

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in detecting and mitigating fraud, with a solid understanding of risk management frameworks
  • experience in project management
  • Strong understanding of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field advanced degrees or certifications in fraud, risk management, or a related area is an advantage
