DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proactively identify, assess, and address risks and fraudulent activities to minimize potential harm, thereby enhancing the operational resilience of Globe
Develop and implement comprehensive fraud management policies, guidelines, best practices, and control procedures for B2B CX to ensure a holistic approach to fraud minimization
Lead the setup and ongoing management of the Fraud Risk Management (FRM) framework within B2B CX
Conduct assessments of processes and initiatives to identify and mitigate risks
Manage and respond to fraud reports, ensuring timely and effective resolution
