What this position is about:
To manage the end-to-end operations of the fleet, which includes vehicle acquisition, maintenance, fuel management, driver management, compliance, budget management, data analysis, risk management, and stakeholder management. The fleet manager's role is critical in ensuring that the fleet operates efficiently and effectively, meeting the needs of the company and its customers while minimizing costs and risks.
Who are we looking for:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business or equivalent
  • 5-10 years experience on fleet management in a multinational and FMCG environment
  • Fluent in oral and written English

What will you do:
Fleet Management
Responsible for overall management of the organization's fleet. Responsible for national operations, developing and implementing strategies to optimize the fleet's performance, such as improving fuel efficiency, reducing maintenance costs, and maximizing vehicle utilization. Responsible for ensuring that the fleet complies with all relevant regulations, fleet policy, including Global Fleet Safety Standards and environmental regulations.
Fleet Data, Records and Budget Management
Ensure that fleet data records are developed, organized and maintained accordingly, compile reports and distribute reports as applicable to ensure all fleet management process run effectively and efficiently. Initiate improvement on relevant processes to ensure smooth flow of all fleet management related activities. Prepares BAP Memo and esures that PR/PO on new leases are in place including renewals and keeps track of organization's fleet budget.
3rd Party/Vendor Management
Accountable for daily engagement with 3rd party fleet/leasing companies and managing all arrangement for fleet issues that are being developed through agency or 3rd party.
Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager's request.
