As FP&A Manager you will use your business acumen and industry knowledge to ensure the overall success of the business, working closely with the senior leadership team to implement their vision and strategy for the business.

You will ensure the smooth running of the FP&A Team in Manila, being responsible for the daily operations and driving results for various initiatives to standardize, improve and streamline current FP&A processes, to maximize efficiencies and cost savings. You will be the main contact for FP&A queries in Corporate.

Responsibilities

  • Lead FPA -ASIA team on the delivery of corporate and regional requirements on monthly forecasting and annual planning with accuracy and timeliness; making sure that regional and corporate KPIs are met.
  • Prepare monthly management reports to support Leadership team to have an overview of ASIA performance with variance analysis and provide relevant information to drive latest forecast and meet year-end targets.
  • Challenge information with Business Leaders, and obtain sufficient understanding of activities to provide key performance messages and detailed analysis as required.
  • Work closely with Corporate/Global FP&A for corporate direction, making sure that the Regional team is aligned.
  • Identify gaps and drive for continuous process improvement, streamline current processes within FP&A with collaboration with Corporate and Regional FP&A team and; other business partners to maximize efficiencies and identify cost savings.
  • As part of the Support Hub management team, contribute to a positive working environment, ensuring that team members are supported and that individual development plans are continuously reviewed and updated to ensure a high performing motivated team. Succession planning for the team. Recruiting team members and successfully inducting them into the organization. Constructively dealing with any performance issues or areas of non-conformance.
  • Provide timely support and perform other tasks as required by VP-Finance/CFO.

Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 10 years working experience in Finance, including a minimum of 3 years of team leading experience or a similar FP&A role
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to transform a user's reporting and/or analysis needs into insightful reporting and/or analysis visuals as appropriate e.g. bridges, trends, graphs to communicate key performance messages;
  • Experienced data mining expert with the ability to use that data, transforming it into insightful reports that visualize key messages through e.g. trends and variances; Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail; Experience with front end analysis and reporting tools MS Office (advanced excel skills), PowerBI is a plus; Experience with financial planning systems Hyperion Planning is preferred;
  • Worked in an international and culturally diverse organization.
  • Experience of conducting transition work; process mapping skills and/or Lean - Six Sigma would be advantageous
