Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary.
Support the Finance and Accounting team in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
Develop, compile and analyze financial data, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making.
Assist with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis to evaluate business initiatives and opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to gather financial information and provide insights.
Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analyses as required.
Qualifications:
College degree or experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a solid understanding of financial principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques. Experience with database tools and a data analytics platform such as Qlik also helpful.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
