Financial Planning Analyst

Budget & Forecast

• Assist in preparing the tasks and calendar of activities for the annual budget activities.
• Assist in preparing the periodic financial forecasts, projections, and related reports.
• Prepare periodic variance analysis of key operating expenses, fixed assets, and capital expenditures.
• Prepare periodic management reports concerning budget & forecast.
• Help various cost centers as first level resource person involving inquiries.

Financial Analysis

• Assist in preparing a financial study or cost-benefit analysis (CBA) of a particular proposed project, expenditures or initiatives requiring such analysis.
• Assist in developing financial model or template in performing a financial study.
• Assist in the analysis in relation to closing of books.
• Function as business partner to our people leaders and senior leadership when it comes to financial analysis and projections.

Financial Reporting, Documentation & Controls

• Function as substitute to the Intermediate of financial reporting, when necessary.
• Assist in drafting and updating accounting policies and procedures.
• Performs other functions, which may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
. At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred
. At least 3 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
. Proficiency in MS Office especially Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
. Proficiency in Power BI is preferred.
