Concepcion-Carrier Airconditioning Company (CCAC) is looking for a highly analytical and business-driven FP&A Senior Specialist to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis activities for our Logistics and Supply Chain operations.
This role is critical in ensuring accurate operational cost management, insightful business analytics, and timely delivery of key FP&A reporting packages to management and executive leadership.
Planning & Forecasting
Support the development of operational cost plans and forecasts aligned with management direction
Identify and quantify financial gaps, risks, and opportunities impacting business performance
Ensure consistency and accuracy of forecast numbers across all reporting systems
Secure assumptions, supporting details, and documentation behind plan/forecast submissions
Provide financial visibility to SBU/BU leaders on performance drivers and cost trends
Reporting & Financial Analysis
Prepare Logistics management reports, monthly ExCom updates, and FP&A reporting requirements
Provide in-depth analysis of actual performance versus forecast, plan, and prior year results
Monitor and analyze Outbound, Inbound, Accruals, Inventory, Returns, and Delivery Status impacts
Communicate material deviations promptly and recommend corrective actions
Consolidate financial and management reporting decks (MBR, QBR, F&O, etc.)
Projects & Continuous Improvement
Drive process improvements in planning, forecasting, and reporting tools/systems
Provide analytics support for finance logistics projects and business initiatives
Share expertise and best practices with the broader FP&A team
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
MBA or CMA is an advantage
Experience
At least 2–3 years experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Management Reporting, or Business Partnering
Experience in FMCG or complex manufacturing environments is preferred
Senior-level exposure (3–5 years) is a plus

Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
Business Modelling expertise (scenario planning, cost simulations, profitability and value chain analysis)
Excellent business acumen and strategic mindset
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Critical thinker with a creative, entrepreneurial approach
Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights
