Qualification And Experience Required
- Certified Public Accountant
- With 5+ years experience in Finance/Accounting and related field, preferably in BPO industries
- Must be highly motivated and able to function in a multi-task environment
- Strong knowledge and experience in IFRS as required by SEC, BIR and other regulatory bodies.
- Must have comprehensive knowledge of all regulatory compliances (BIR, SEC, PEZA, LGU etc.)
- Critical thinking skills and creative problem solver with the ability to multi-task and balance work priorities
- Able to work with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality and complete the tasks assigned within timelines
- Strong communication skills and team player
Job Description
- Responsible for the preparation and timely submission of monthly/quarterly/annual financial and management reports including all reviews and analysis
- Ensure timely filing and submission of all regulatory reports and compliances with SEC, BIR, PEZA, LGU and
other Government bodies
- Coordinate with auditors on the quarterly audit reviews and annual local audit
- Responsible for Planning, Leading, Organizing and Controlling activities of all financial-related matters
- Preparation of Budget and Forecasts as needed
- Reports and coordinate with Parent company's higher management on finance-related matters
