Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with approximately 10 years of experience in finance, particularly within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing invoicing processes, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management and Reporting:
    • Oversee the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records and reports
    • Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement
  • Budgeting and Forecasting:
    • Lead the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts
    • Monitor budget performance and report on variances to senior management
    • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support business planning
  • Invoicing and Accounts Receivable:
    • Manage the invoicing process to ensure timely and accurate billing of clients
    • Oversee accounts receivable, including the collection of outstanding invoices and resolution of billing discrepancies
    • Implement and improve invoicing procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Compliance and Audit:
    • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations
    • Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information
    • Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
    • Ensure the finance team is aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives
  • Strategic Financial Planning:
    • Support senior management in strategic decision-making by providing financial insights and analysis
    • Identify and evaluate financial risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to mitigate risks
    • Collaborate with other departments to drive financial performance and operational efficiency



  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required
  • Experience:
    • Approximately 10 years of experience in finance, with a significant portion in the BPO industry
    • Proven experience in managing invoicing processes and accounts receivable
    • Demonstrated experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
    • Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
