Job Description

Job Functions:

  • Handle / check invoices and payments.
  • Assist in updating daily cashflow statement.
  • Prepare Debit and Credit Notes.
  • Handle / check daily transactions and petty cash register.
  • Maintain and support in Account Receivables.
  • Assist manager in overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing system.
  • Oversee and handle day-to-day administrative work.
  • Assist in the administrative coordination of company events.
  • Assist in and ensure all Cebu office compliance.
  • Maintain proper employee records.
Job Requirements:
  • Graduate of BS Accountancy (Preferably CPA)
  • 5 years & above relevant work experience doing full set of accounts is a plus.
  • Must be keen to details.
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-moving environment
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Willing to travel.
