About this Position
This role will require you to manage your designated sales territory and selling a range of Facility Management Products such as Wastewater Treatment, HVAC, Odor control, Maintenance and Safety.
We are looking for individuals who have the ability to pro-actively cold call on potential accounts and generate new business opportunities in order to grow their sales region, whilst also managing and growing an existing account.
What you will do
- Open new accounts in Commercial industry
- Develop and maintain an assigned territory
- Seeking out prospective customers/business opportunities
- Establishing and maintaining customer relationships in order to grow profitable sales
- Attending training classes to develop superior product knowledge for various customer applications
- Product Demonstration, after sales service, Submit reports – CRM (Salesforce)

Who you are
- College degree of any 4-year course (Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, etc. is a plus)
- 0-2 years sales experience (Commercial sales is an advantage but not required.)
- Customer service experience is a plus (especially if customer facing experience)
- Willing to learn
- Self-starter, enthusiastic, loyal, and eager to learn
- Proven track record in managing time autonomously
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to engage and sustain productive professional relationships.
