FI Management Officer

About The Role As a FI Management Officer, you will beresponsible for overseeing the onboarding, servicing and maintenance of payroll clients, performing periodic repricing activities and facilitating potential cross-selling activities to payroll clients.

How You'll Contribute

• Receives corporate payroll application inquiries and referrals from FI Relationship Managers.
• Pre-assesses prospective clients/applicant's qualifications based on preset criteria.
• Reviews payroll client's profitability for purposes of repricing and before accommodating requests for new product features.
• Evaluates existing processes, analyzes area/opportunity for improvement, recommends adjustments to workflows or other processes and facilitates its implementation.
• Assesses payroll clients inquiries, requests and complaints and redirects to concerned Bank units.
• Creates, maintains and organizes internal and external reports.

What We're Looking For

• A bachelor's degree in Industrial, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking
• At least 3-5 years of experience in handling financial institutions (FI) management in the banking industry
• With product management or business processes management or Operations management background
• With background on Profit & Loss Mgt and other financial concepts
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Conflict management and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Tools (moderate to advance Excel skills / PowerPoint skills)
• A team player and can work in highly dynamic environment
