Facilities Maintenance Lead

Job Description

Our client is the construction arm of one of the prominent conglomerates in the Philippines.

Overview:

The Facilities Maintenance Lead is involved in overseeing and managing the maintenance of various

facilities and infrastructure to ensure smooth operations and a safe, comfortable environment for employees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance management
• Regularly inspect facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion and quality
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all facilities
• Compliance and safety
• Budget management
• Customer service

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering / Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in facilities and maintenance management, at least 5 of them in a construction yard or similarly complex environment.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards related to construction facilities.
• Strong knowledge and background in Computerized Management System (CMMS)
