Role Overview:

Primary Function: We're looking for a Facilities and Utilities Supervisor to join our team and oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of a facility's physical infrastructure and utility systems. These systems include Electrical and Lighting systems, Plumbing and Water Supply, Boilers, Compressors, Generators and Waste Management.

As a Facilities and Utilities Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to make an impact by supervising daily operations of facility maintenance and utility systems, developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules, and leading troubleshooting and repair activities for facility equipment.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field with an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• With 5 or more years of relevant work experience, and 2 or more years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge in Building Systems, Preventive Maintenance, and Utilities
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to be based in Caloocan
