We are currently hiring on behalf of one of our clients — a growing residential painting company — that is looking for a results-driven digital marketing specialist to help generate qualified leads, strengthen their online presence, and support their long-term growth.
About The Role
We are looking for someone with strong experience running Facebook Ads for local service-based businesses. The ideal candidate understands how to generate leads, improve campaign performance over time, and contribute ideas that help improve the overall marketing funnel. Experience working with home services, construction, contractors, trades, or similar industries is a major advantage.
This role will primarily focus on:
- Facebook & Instagram Ads
- Social Media Management
- Google Ads Optimization
- Supporting overall marketing strategy
Responsibilities
Facebook & Instagram Ads (Primary Focus)
- Run and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and lower cost per lead
- Test creatives, audiences, offers, and targeting strategies
- Suggest new ideas and improvements to increase lead flow and conversions
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights/recommendations
Google Ads & SEO Support
- Help improve and optimize existing Google Ads campaigns
- Assist with basic local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
- Support visibility improvements for local search
Social Media Management
- Manage and schedule content for social media accounts
- Create engaging posts, captions, reels, and marketing content
- Repurpose before/after projects, testimonials, educational content, and promotions
- Help create a consistent online brand presence
Marketing Strategy
- Help develop and execute marketing strategies that fuel the sales funnel
- Contribute ideas to improve lead generation and overall digital presence
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing performance across platforms
Requirements
- Proven experience running Facebook Ads for service-based businesses
- Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion-focused marketing
- Experience managing social media accounts for businesses
- Familiarity with Google Ads and local SEO
- Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and proactively suggest improvements
Bonus Points
- Experience marketing for construction, painting, or home service companies
- Video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
- Experience with Google Analytics or Search Console
