An Executive Assistant is expected to:

The Executive Assistant serves an integral administrative and support role. This role will be responsible in database management, scheduling and coordination of meetings and events, documentation, expense reconciliation, calendar and email management for the Senior Executives of the company.

. Provide primary administrative support to Executive Office.
. Manage logistics for Executive Team's external activities and agency related commitments.
. Manage schedule/calendar and travel arrangements.
. Provide administrative support and scheduling for COO.
. Coordinate Executive Team communication and activities with staff.
. Coordinate production and dissemination of executive reports, products, and publications.
. Office Management and Reception duties.
. Prepare agenda, plan, and organize meetings.
. Assist in planning internal agency functions, activities, and events.
. Assist in the preparation of Board of Directors Agenda and Minutes.
. Attend and assist with required agency wide functions, events, and meetings.
. Special projects and perform other duties as assigned by the COO.

What it takes to be part of our team:

The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented and able to prioritize and perform multiple administrative functions with competing and tight deadlines.
. Bachelor's Degree in any field.
. Must have 3-5 years experience as an Executive Assistant or someone who has experience of working closely with executive management or leaders and has positive client or customer service experience.
. Strong attention to details and excellent organizational skills
. Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, MS Teams etc.)
. Has extensive experience in managing complex workloads and working with diverse personalities
. Ability to prioritize workload and complete assignments in a timely manner, meeting deadlines and working efficiently in a busy environment
. Experience in scheduling and calendar management
. Enforces policies and procedures, including maintenance of confidentiality, to ensure that the principles of ACDC are implemented.
. Accountable for participation in decision making processes and understanding the outcomes.
. Amenable to work on Night Shift.
. Amenable to work on On-Site.
