Job Description

The Role

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for performing administrative functions for Trust and Asset Management Group and other officers of the Group

How you'll contribute

  • Provides reports for submission to different units by meeting the deadlines and must provide an accurate reports.
  • Assists in the preparation of reports, research data and other necessary materials/documents as instructed
  • Attends to visitors/clients of Group Head and other Unit Heads, seeks clearance officers concerning appointment/meeting schedules and venue.
  • Receives all telephone calls for the Group Head and other Unit Heads, (observing telephone courtesy standards) and other officers in their absence.
  • Responsible for monitoring of expenses of Trust and Asset Management Group against Budget.
  • Responsible for the requisition of office supplies for Trust and Asset Management Group.
  • Responsible for the requisition and liquidation of petty cash disbursements for TAMG.
  • Responsible for the checking of inventory of furniture & equipment assigned to Trust and Asset Management Group. Also responsible for requesting replacement of F & E including computer/printer units for Trust and Asset Management Group personnel.
  • Safe keeps and maintains orderly files of the Group Head and other Unit Heads, in accordance with the Bank's Record and information Management System (RIMS).
  • Aids in the execution of sales and marketing initiatives by coordinating with required bank units such as marketing and or the branches in order to increase the unit or product's visibility.
  • Manages/handles the Group Head and other Unit Head's schedules
  • Handles all correspondences of the Group Head and other Unit Heads and other Officers
  • Responsible in coordinating with GSD for special occasions involving Trust and Asset Management Group marketing activities

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management preferably major in Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Marketing
  • With at least 1 year of related work experience
  • With knowledge on administrative and clerical tasks
  • Ability to manage workload and assignments in order to meet work unit and project objectives and deadlines.
  • Effective Strategic Planning and Organizing
  • Adept in Technology
