Your Scope of Impact

You will be directly embedded with the founders, managing the vital infrastructure of our executive office.

Core Ownership:

• Special Projects: Own critical, fast-moving assignments and new initiatives to actively multiply the founders output.
• Financial Oversight: Manage monthly financial health, handle P&L tracking, and process payroll/payments seamlessly.
• Talent Sourcing: Spearhead our internal recruitment pipeline—writing job ads, vetting inbound candidates, and running initial qualification interviews.
• Day-to-Day Command: Optimize schedules, anticipate bottlenecks, and ensure no details slip through the cracks.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

• Schedule Alignment: Fully available to work on European Time.
• Communication Mastery: Flawless written and spoken English, with the confidence to handle phone calls and high-stakes email correspondence on behalf of the founders.
• Digital Native: Mastery of the Google Ecosystem (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Calendar) to build and maintain efficient workflows.
• Extreme Execution: Exceptional task management, acute attention to detail, and the ability to pivot rapidly between high-priority tasks.
