Proven experience as an Event Manager or in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibilities
Plan and execute various events, including job fairs, conferences, and networking events.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure all event logistics are in place.
Manage event budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Work closely with the marketing team to promote events and attract attendees.
Collaborate with internal teams to create event concepts and themes.
Coordinate event registrations, ticketing, and guest lists.
Oversee event setup and teardown, including audiovisual equipment, decorations, and seating arrangements.
Manage event timelines and ensure all activities run smoothly.
Handle any event-related issues or emergencies that may arise.
Evaluate event success and gather feedback for future improvements.
