English Second Language Teacher

KaTropa English Today has been keen on looking out for quality and experienced teachers who can stand out from the rest. If you are a passionate and well-driven teacher, we are looking for you. NOTE:

This is not a booking system since it's still a start up company.

Responsibilities

1. The applicant should be good at assessing new students initial English level in Free Trial Lessons.
2. The applicant should be able to handle successful student converts from Free Trial Lessons and maintain long term Regular Lessons with the students.
3. The applicant should be able to accomplish lesson feedback and lesson notes at the end of the lessons. Should be able to furnish a copy of a monthly progress report.
4. The applicant should be a well-rounded, flexible teacher. He or she should be able to teach young kids to adults, zero English to advanced level students, can teach various lessons from phonics to English tests like IELTS, TOEFL etc, preferably.

Qualifications

1. Trainable and open to corrections! We value good working attitude more than skills. Skills can be learned. No attendance and attitude issues please :)
2. At least 3 years of ESL teaching.
3. TEFL or TESOL Certification/ Licensed Teacher
4. Excellent oral and written English skills.
5. Bachelor's Degree Holder of any course as long as he or she is a passionate and really enthusiastic at teaching and helping students.
