  • 1. Client Technical Support & insights - Deliver Energy metrics services & actionable insights to Energy metrics clients on a regular basis. Demonstrating value & savings through case management of insights.
  • 2. Contributing to the growth of the business by assisting in the day to day service of existing and new clients
  • 3. Providing regular and timely reports to meet contracted requirements
  • 4. You are required to perform your duties in accordance with our Code of Conduct, various policies, procedures and this job description which may change from time to time in consultation with you
    • 1. Providing reporting, advice and support to company clients
    • 2. Documenting client contacts in Energy Action systems
    • 3. Receiving, handling client related enquiries in accordance with Energy Action's service delivery agreements
    • 4. Contributing to the development and maintenance of effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
    • 5. Ensuring timely and smooth delivery of Energy Action services to all clients with a current Metrics agreement
    • 6. Monitoring workflows, anticipating and solving problems
    • 7. Actively participate in process improvement initiatives and data cleansing activities and
    • 8. Undertaking team based activities and projects.

10. Sound product/service knowledge.

Location:: CRK04 - Tower 4 SM Mall - North

Working Schedule in PHT:: 7:00 AM (7:00) to 4:00 PM (16:00)
