This is a remote position.

Job Summary:
The role is mainly responsible for orchestrating all aspects of email and SMS campaigns, from conception to execution, to drive engagement and revenue performance. This role entails crafting compelling copy, coordinating assets, performing quality assurance, and scheduling campaigns. Additionally, you will support strategic programs across the customer lifecycle, including prospecting, win-back, nurturing, post-purchase, loyalty, retention, and transactional emails.


  • Produce and execute all email and SMS campaigns, including building emails from templates and HTML, copywriting, asset coordination, QA, and scheduling
  • Support various strategic programs via manual and triggered campaigns across the customer lifecycle including prospecting, win-back, nurturing, post-purchase, loyalty, retention, and transactional emails
  • Build effective target audiences and segments for every message to drive engagement and revenue performance
  • Manage and execute email/SMS marketing calendar and ensure alignment with business priorities, demand forecasts, and internal stakeholders
  • Use customer data such as web-behavior and sales data to drive the message and content personalization
  • Devise and execute A/B tests, manage testing calendar, record results, and advise on improvements. Testing includes subject lines, message content, CTAs, customer cohorts, and segments, send time, and other new features intended to drive performance lift
  • Work in partnership with designers and copywriters to optimise email creative and template structure based on best practices - Mitigate email and SMS frequency between program touchpoints to minimize database churn/unsubscribe and maximise email engagement (critical)
  • Perform render testing across devices and email clients to ensure that emails are rendering correctly for the majority of the subscriber base
  • Provide regular campaign performance reports that include opens, clicks, conversions, revenue, revenue lift, unsubscribes, etc


  • Must have an experience with HTML
  • Experience with any Email marketing tools - clavio, auto, salesforce cloud, etc
  • SMS and Email marketing experience
  • 5+ years email marketing campaign, sequences
  • Worked for marketing agencies - wide variety of business solutions
  • NOT A COPYWRITER or a DESIGNER - someone who's able to conceptualize/strategize, have a brief, knows best practices, knows channels, A/B testing rather than just sending out campaigns
  • Smart or work smart
  • PROTFOLIO: Ability to present a campaign - articulate previous project and results
  • 5+ years and
  • Canva experience
  • Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
  • Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
