About the Role
Serve as the PH Web Management team lead; coordinate priorities, workload, and output across the other web team functions.
Responsibilities
- Own the web optimization roadmap: intake requests from US business stakeholders, triage, prioritize, and translate into actionable work items.
- Write requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for all web experience changes; ensure engineering receives sprint-ready requirements.
- Serve as the primary bridge between this team and engineering; manage handoffs, clarify requirements, and track delivery through sprint cycles.
- Partner with the Merchandising team on promotional campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and category-level merchandising strategy execution on-site.
- Own the experimentation roadmap in partnership with the Analyst: decide what to test, sequence experiments, and communicate results to stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder communication.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market benchmarking to inform the web experience roadmap (with management approval).
- Onboard and ramp subsequent PH team hires; establish team processes, rituals, and communication cadence with the US team.
- Ensure all team output ties to measurable business outcomes (conversion rate, RPV, AOV, search success rate, etc.) and aligns with company objectives.
- Other duties may be assigned to accomplish company or department objectives.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying problems and opportunities.
- Ability to present rationale and recommendations clearly to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Graduate with a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, ECommerce, Information Systems, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience owning a product roadmap end-to-end: from opportunity identification through PRD to shipped feature.
- Experience working with engineering teams in agile/scrum environments, including writing sprint-ready requirements.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs: conversion rate, revenue per visit, AOV, bounce rate, search metrics.
- Experience with A/B testing methodology and experimentation programs.
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships (Merchandising, Marketing, Engineering).
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of in-house ecommerce product management experience.
Preferred Skills
- Ecommerce certifications are a plus.
