E-Learning Specialist-Supervisory, be 100% YOU with MicroSourcing!

An E-Learning Specialist-Supervisory is expected to:

Instructional Design: Responsible for designing and developing effective and engaging online courses. This involves analyzing learning needs, setting clear objectives, structuring content, and organizing instructional materials in a logical and coherent manner.
Content Development: Create and curate learning materials, including text-based content, multimedia assets (videos, images, audio), interactive elements, assessments, and other resources. This will involve collaboration with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and up-to-date content.
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration: Work with Elmo or other learning management systems to upload and manage course content, enroll learners, track progress, and generate reports.
Multimedia Production: Produce or coordinate the production of multimedia assets for e-learning, such as videos, animations, etc. This may involve scripting, storyboarding,recording, editing, and integrating multimedia elements into a course.
Assessment and Evaluation: Design assessments and learning activities to measure learnersu0027 understanding and progress. Analyze evaluation data, gather feedback, and makerecommendations for course improvements.
Collaborative Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, multimedia specialists, and other stakeholders to develop learning solutions.
Effective communication, teamwork, and project management skills are important.
Training and Support: Provide training and technical support to instructors and learners to ensure smooth navigation of the online learning environment. This may involve creating user guides, delivering workshops, or offering one-on-one assistance.
Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of quality in learning content, ensuring adherence to instructional design principles, accessibility guidelines, and organization- specific standards. Conduct quality checks to identify and rectify any errors or inconsistencies.
Instructional Technology Integration: Stay updated with the latest instructional technologies and tools and assess their suitability for specific learning objectives. Identify and recommend appropriate technologies to enhance learner engagement and facilitate effective learning experiences

What it takes to be part of our team:

High level of experience in e-learning focused Content Development, Instructional Design, Assessment & Evaluation and Multimedia Production.
A tertiary degree (or industry specific qualification).
Minimum of 5 yearsu0027 work experience in Training, ideally in contact centre training.
High level of experience optimizing content for e-learning environment.
Experience operating a Learning Management System.
Leadership experience/potential
