Job Requirements

✨With at least 2-3 years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms
✨With leadership experience is an advantage

Job Responsibilities
✨Develop and implement online sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth
✨Handle and manage e-commerce platforms (e.g., product uploads, updates, and overall platform maintenance)
✨Optimize website performance, user experience (UX), and navigation to improve conversion rates
✨Conduct A/B testing to enhance site effectiveness and customer engagement
Manage product listings, pricing, and promotional campaigns to maximize sales and profitability
✨Collaborate with marketing teams on SEO, PPC, email, and social media campaigns to increase traffic
✨Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS) using analytics tools
✨Coordinate with inventory, fulfillment, and logistics teams to ensure accurate stock levels and timely delivery
✨Oversee customer experience, ensuring smooth website functionality and high customer satisfaction
✨Address customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance overall user experience
