Rate Paid in PHP: PHP 250 - PHP 300 per hour
Rate Paid in USD: $5 - $6 per hour
Schedule for Completion of Services: Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm PST
Responsibilities
- Creating product listings on online marketplaces such as Amazon ,eBay, Shopify and other ecommerce platforms. Conducting market research to identify new trends in the industry or among competitors.
- Analysing website data to determine the most popular products or factors that may influence customers buying behaviour.
- Maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure products are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Managing stock by arranging returns, refunds, and exchanges where appropriate.
- Communicating with customers regarding order status, delivery dates, and delivery tracking numbers.
- Tracking analytics and optimizing marketing campaigns through Google Analytics and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Monitoring site traffic and customer feedback to assess response to site updates.
- Managing social media platforms
- Implementing and refining SEO strategies
- Possessing a full understanding of best practices in SEO, pricing, media assets and inventory.
- Updating SEO on selling platforms.
- Reviewing landing pages, product information, payment options, and any other relevant systems associated with the website to ensure they are visually appealing, and accurate.
- Assisting in making decisions on promotions such as discounted offers and bundles available.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Resolve and remove any negative feedback.
- Taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of the business in defined accounts.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Submit daily productivity reports to both Manager and Stakeholders at the end of the day.
Requirements And Skills
- 2 - 4 years of proven analytical experience in E-commerce or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Proficiency in handling automation and AI advancements is a must.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative/Track record of over-achieving quota/Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Commercial phone systems
- Customer relationship management software (ProsperWorks, Pipedrive, Salesforce)/Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)/Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively/High school diploma (minimum) or Bachelors degree (preferred)/with experience in an Aggregator for multiple platform/Solid commerce or Inventory source
- Flexpoint/Knowledge or understanding of MAP policies and or pricing restrictions.
