Director / Senior Manager Cybersecurity Practice

The Director / Senior Manager Cybersecurity Practice at ProV International will lead the Managed Security business across delivery, operations, and growth. This leader will own the end-to-end cybersecurity service line spanning SOC/MDR/XDR operations, GRC consulting, AI-driven threat management, and TRiSM governance ensuring profitability, client satisfaction, and innovation.

Core Responsibilities

1. Strategic & Business Leadership

Define and execute ProV's cybersecurity strategy across global markets.

Lead P&L, financial planning, and revenue growth initiatives.

Develop and operationalize 247 SOC models across multi-geo delivery hubs (PH, IN, nearshore).

2. Delivery & Operations Excellence

Govern MDR/XDR operations ensuring MTTD <30 min and MTTR <2 hrs.

Standardize processes leveraging AI, SOAR automation, and CTEM frameworks.

Ensure client SLA compliance, NPS >90, and audit-readiness under ISO/NIST.

3. Practice & Capability Development

Build CoE focused on Threat Detection, GRC, IAM, and AI-led incident response.

Drive partnership growth with SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, Splunk, Palo Alto, Microsoft Defender, and Tenable.

Strengthen ProV's TRiSM and compliance consulting practice.

4. Commercial & Growth Accountability

Support sales and pre-sales in RFP/RFI pursuits and client presentations.

Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and new markets.

Ensure practice-level GM% meets corporate thresholds.

5. Leadership & Team Management

Build and mentor cybersecurity professionals across SOC, GRC, and Engineering.

Foster culture of innovation, resilience, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

15+ years in cybersecurity or IT infrastructure with 5+ years in practice leadership.

Proven record building or managing SOC/MDR/XDR operations.

Strong grasp of NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and CIS v8.

Familiarity with TRiSM (AI Trust, Risk, and Security Management) and CTEM.

Excellent communication and CXO-level stakeholder management skills.

Achieve $2M+ annualized revenue for the cybersecurity practice.

Maintain 35% gross margin and <10% cost variance.

2. Operational & Delivery Excellence

SLA adherence 98% across SOC engagements.

Implement 2 automation initiatives reducing manual triage by 25%.

3. Client & Market Impact

Secure 12 new enterprise cybersecurity clients.

Publish 2 case studies or thought-leadership papers on AI-driven security.

4. Organizational Leadership

Build a 100-member cybersecurity team across PH and IN.

Establish Cybersecurity CoE with measurable maturity roadmap.
