Director Operations Logistics

We are currently partnering with a rapidly growing, technology-enabled operations business in search of a senior operations leader who can help drive operational excellence, nationwide scalability, and strategic execution across the Philippines.

This opportunity is ideal for leaders with strong exposure to logistics, supply chain, transportation, e-commerce, or complex operational environments who thrive in fast-moving and performance-driven organizations.

The role will partner closely with senior leadership to strengthen operational performance, improve nationwide execution, and support operational transformation initiatives across the business.

• Leading nationwide logistics and operational performance initiatives
• Driving operational efficiency, scalability, and cost optimization efforts
• Strengthening KPI management, reporting visibility, and operational controls
• Leading continuous improvement and transformation initiatives
• Supporting operational planning and capacity optimization strategies
• Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business objectives
• Improving service performance, productivity, and execution standards
• Managing complex operational and stakeholder environments

What We're Looking For

• Strong leadership experience within logistics, e-commerce, transportation, supply chain, or related industries
• Proven track record in large-scale operations management
• Experience driving operational transformation and process improvement initiatives
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management capability
• Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Ability to lead within fast-paced and high-growth environments
