Job Description


20%-Responsible in managing the operations and activities of the TESDA Provincial Office
20%-Establishes and maintains partnerships with external parties/stakeholders in TVET
10%-Directs the formulation of policies relative to the implementation and promotion of programs to support HR development initiatives
10%-Directs the planning of programs and activities relative to the various provincial programs and the resources required for their effective and efficient execution
10%-Directs the efficient execution of plans with organized systems and procedures
10%-Spearheads the organization and maintenance of the Provincial TESD Committee (PTESDC)
10%-Directs the monitoring of outputs and evaluation of outcomes and
10%-Leads in building a strong, capable and motivated workforce in the Provincial Office.
