POSITION: DIGITAL MEDIA STRATEGIST

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Media Strategist to join our start-up digital growth
agency. The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating and managing paid search and social media
campaigns, particularly on Meta and LinkedIn platforms, using current 2024 best practices. They will
possess a strong understanding of conversion tracking, analytics, and reporting, with a commitment to
continuous learning and staying abreast of industry trends. Experience in lead generation and service
industry knowledge is highly desirable.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Paid Search Campaign Management:
. Develop and execute paid search campaigns from scratch, utilizing the latest 2024 best
practices.
. Conduct keyword research, ad group structuring, and bidding strategies to maximize
ROI.
. Monitor campaign performance, optimize keywords, ad copy, and landing pages for
improved conversion rates.
. Implement and manage budget pacing strategies to ensure optimal campaign
performance.
. Write compelling, strategic search ad copy that drives clicks and conversions and aligns
with client objectives.
Social Media Campaign Management:
. Create and manage social media campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn and other social
channels adhering to 2024 best practices.
. Develop engaging content strategies tailored to each platformu0027s audience.
. Monitor campaign performance metrics, adjust targeting, and optimize ad creative for
better results.
. Stay updated on emerging trends and algorithm changes to adapt strategies
accordingly.
. Generate creative recommendations based on campaign objectives, target audience,
and industry trends.

Conversion Tracking and Analytics:

. Implement and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager.
. Experience with Google Analytics 4 with the ability to set goals, create reports and
understand all critical KPIs.
. Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
. Develop comprehensive reports with actionable insights to showcase campaign
performance and inform future strategies.
. Participate in client reporting meetings to present reports and answer questions.

. Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and staying updated on industry
trends, tools, and tactics.
. Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in digital media
