Job Description

PURPOSE

This role includes the planning, developing, implementing and managing of the overall digital marketing strategy to create brand awareness and expand market reach through digital media channels.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Minimum Educational Qualifications for this position
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required.

Relevant Experience:

  • More than 5 years of combined experience in digital marketing and advertising.
  • Demonstrable expertise in SEO/SEM and marketing to large databases via email, social media and/or OOH campaigns.
  • Able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop marketing goals and evaluate results.
  • Strong writing and communication skills and good at problem-solving.
  • Experience with Digital Marketing Agency is a plus.

Planning and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company's brand, products, and services.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY


  • Co-develop overall digital strategy with Content, Creatives and Brand and Communications to ensure timely, relevant, and impactful initiatives aligned to the branding and communications objectives of the company
  • Identify key tools and platforms to assist in the creation and management of digital strategies and executions based on set campaign metrics
  • Development of digital marketing plans for branding/segment campaigns in tandem with relevant managers
  • Evaluate performance of key digital strategies and relevant executions on a monthly and quarterly basis based on agreed cadence
  • Evaluate potential opportunities and risks in the digital space with regards to current and upcoming digital and non-digital initiatives
  • Lead overall content plan direction and coordinate with segment marketing and brand managers to develop weekly and monthly content plans
  • Create, enforce, and evaluate a social media playbook to be adapted for use for social media officers as first contact personnel on online platforms
  • Analyze and evaluate social media efforts based on competitor activities and initiatives
  • Develop ad-hoc social media campaigns (paid and non-paid) to maximize potential of current and future initiatives
  • Develop digital strategy for online platforms such as paid search, ads, website, email marketing, etc. to maximize potential of campaigns
  • Review performance of online initiatives and develop useful, actionable insights for overall marketing team
  • Monitors, analyzes reports effectiveness metrics of marketing content
  • Identifies the campaign improvement by conducting research/data analysis and marketing operations trends
  • Identify external opportunities to strengthen brand presence
