Job Description

Primary mandate is to develop marketing strategies and implement the necessary processes and tools in support of the group's mandate to increase digital posturing of the client and its affiliates.

A. Lead the marketing strategies in increasing the penetration to digital channels/platforms among its customer based.
B. Push acquisition of tools that will support digital marketing in order to create constant awareness about the organization's digital products and channels/platforms.
C. Manage communication strategy automation, i.e. web, mobile app, email and SMS triggers essential in building customer engagement and retention.
D. Support product teams in the development/production and maintenance of owned digital channels, i.e., brand website, social media accounts, CRM systems, etc.
