DevOps Engineer I supports the foundation of reliable software delivery for pharmacy technology used across a large healthcare network. This role contributes to CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, automation, monitoring, and deployment support that help engineering teams deliver stable, scalable, and patient-centered software solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Basic experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
• Understanding of version control systems such as Git, GitHub, or GitLab
• Basic knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Exposure to containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Independent judgment and discretion based on experience, product knowledge, equipment knowledge, and service knowledge
• Good judgment and ethical work values
• Ability to work in a general office environment, home office, or approved remote workspace
• Ability to sit, stand, reach, kneel, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Daily use of Microsoft Teams, computer, printer, and other routine office equipment
• Internet access, which may be reimbursed by the Company according to policy

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines
• Support cloud infrastructure provisioning and management across AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Work with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Automate repetitive tasks using scripting languages such as Bash or Python
• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions
• Support configuration management and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and collaborate with teams to resolve problems
• Maintain documentation and best practices for DevOps processes
• Learn and adopt new DevOps technologies and methodologies as needed
