Roles & Responsibilities
Manage CH/DS vendor programs for allocated Market Units and support the MSL team as needed.
Manage individual vendor contracts
Manage vendor relationship
Handle escalations with vendor or assignee, as needed
Manage detailed remediations
Manage reporting
Maintain the DS tables in the ACE tool
Collaborate with local P+ teams
Qualifications
5-7 years relevant experience in Destination Services and Corporate Housing.
Project Management
Vendor Management
Destination Services provider background/experience
Escalations and conflict management.
Customer service skills
Critical and Analytical thinking skills
Can support travelers
