Main Objectives and Duties:
1. Helps drive company values and philosophy
- Ensures that curriculum is created within company process and expectations, including but not limited to experiential learning, adult learning principles etc.
- Provide consultation and project management in curriculum and instructional design integrating learning technologies in-class, hybrid and fully online courses and programs
- Propose course designs
- Assist trainers and Subject Matter Experts (SME) with assessment of instructional outcomes analyzing standards, goals of curriculum and identifying and implementing high-level learning strategies to meet these goals
- Support trainers, subject matter experts (SME) and leaders in the integration of social media tools, graphics and emerging learning technologies to facilitate training practices and participant learning experiences
- Adherence to company guidelines and procedures
2. Training Needs Identification
- Conducts needs assessments, designs and develops training programs and facilitates the delivery of both custom and corporate training programs
- Works with the Executive leadership team to address employee and client development needs.
- Develops a library for all modules and curriculums
3. Support Learning Technologies implementation in training
- Support Learning Management System (LMS) and learning technologies for leaders, SMEs and participants.
- Conduct workshops, demonstrations or telephone training sessions for SME, Trainers, leaders and participants.
- Create documentation and instructions to assist course developers.
4. Training effectiveness measurement
- Identify gaps and create the action plan.
- Design training that will be evaluated using the Kirkpatrick model of evaluation
