Qualifications
- College Graduate/Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 3-4 years of training lead experience handling social media content moderation account
- Must be able to supervise at least 8 trainers and has strong experience in training delivery in a BPO setting
Principal Responsibilities
- Lead Training Team within the location
- Single point of contact for all Training Escalations
- Management of training needs and analysis
- Development of training plans to fulfill training needs
- Management of training needs requests, labs and trainer Scheduling and reports
- Develop and manage relationships with Internal and External Clients
- Analysis basis the available data and drawing inference to bring back the learning in Training Class
- Development of trainers
- Liaison with other functions
- To incorporate feedbacks/inputs by clients and internal customers to enhance the efficiency of training
- To plan and facilitate update/refresher/upskill training for the floor associates
- Manage attendance & shift incentive for the team on map
- Preparing and updating training reports periodically
- Ensuring Delivery of high quality training and as per the defined processes
- Keep oneself and ensures one's team is updated, aware of, and compliant to all
- Company policies and procedures which include Information Security Management Systems
Candidate Specifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
At least 3 - 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably Assistant Managers / Managers specializing in Training & Development or equivalent
Salary 40K-66K
