Demand Associate Manager

MAIN JOB PURPOSE

The role is responsible for ensuring that the overall Business Unit Planning Strategy is sufficiently developed to meet Customer Operations and Supply Chain ambitions and that these are executed as per plan. The BU ProcEx leads the Performance Management, Process and Operational Improvements, and lands the Digital Agenda for the BU Demand Planning Scope. This role reports to the BU-SEA Process Excellence Manager

JOB SUMMARY

• Lead the performance management for the BU. Prepare the performance dashboard and analytics to support BU S&OP and SOE Processes
• Able to challenge status quo and drive for structural improvement programs on Service, Forecast Accuracy to achieve the BU Target
• Drive for standardization and simplification across country processes within the BU, collaborating with cross-functional team. Ensure best practices are documented and shared.
• Lead the digital agenda for the BU. Land the new initiatives and tools in line with Global roll out and ambition. Drive and track the adoption of the tools and accelerate upskilling across the team.
• In-charged of the overall capability building of the Demand Planning Team within the BU. Conduct Onboarding Trainings for the foundational learnings of the new hires and regular coaching for all team members
• Participate in the Community of Practice with the other BU Process Excellence
