The position We have an opportunity for a motivated paralegal to join our growing firm. This role will see you work in our legal recoveries and insolvency team under the supervision and guidance of the Debt Recovery Manager and our Partners. You will be enthusiastic and pragmatic in your approach, have a keen eye for detail, possess excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients.
A background in legal and commercial recovery work will be highly regarded. However, a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and work collaboratively within our team environment is more important and key to your success in this role.
This role is perfect for an individual with excellent written communication and drafting skills as this is not a traditional debt recovery clerk role where you will be constantly calling debtors rather the key focus of the role is document preparation and client updates.

Qualifications . University degree . Minimum two years of previous experience in a law firm or a professional services environment . Prior experience in debt recovery is preferred. Skills and experience . Excellent attention to detail together with strong verbal and written communication skills . Well-developed time management skills . A willingness to learn, positive approach, and strong initiative . Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and MS Office suite . Experience in debt recovery is preferred but not required
