Delivery Excellence o Supervise end to end tax returns preparation and filing. End to end preparation of Global Tax packages such as Tax Forecasts, Year end Tax packages, and Tax True Ups o Proactively prepare various schedules and working papers for BIR audits o Assist in the review process of ITR, EWT, FEW, WTW, FBT and others o Monitor and ensures that monthly tax reconciling items are booked on a timely manner. o Assist during the reconciliation of Compensation tax for the current year (returns vs. books) pre-requisite for year-end alpha listing for employees. o Supervise LGU tax/permits processing (Annual/Quarterly (PEZA 2% TAX)/ as needed - for closed/new Accenture sites) o Oversee file maintenance for tax returns filed and applicable working papers (stored in GBSN Tax designated shared drive). Coordinate with Records Management (RM) for e-data archiving. o Review/certify correctness of BIR form 2306 on a monthly basis (Foreign Vendor and Trading partners) o Mentor, monitor and prepare performance appraisals for his/her direct reports. o Others - adhoc reports, POC for projects/initiatives. . Stakeholder Management and Business Relationship o Understands the business and Finance agenda and translates that into Finance actions/priorities o Point of contact for escalations, issues and concerns related to OTC from different stakeholders o Participates in monthly service management reviews with key stakeholders o Assist in facilitation of requests for services that are beyond the standard services o Responsible for managing SLAs and relationships with other groups o Develop and maintain working relationships with entity, workgroup and geographic key contacts . People Development o Assist in building strong succession plan for self, and BCP for team o Assists and monitors team members with their assigned work o Demonstrate effective teaming skills both within and outside of the team o Encourage team members to share knowledge and to leverage proven best practices o Participate in people development activities outside of the team (e.g. community activities, recruiting, and teaching) OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong Robinsons Cybergate Tower 2SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: . BS Accountancy graduate, CPA required . 4-5 years of solid tax experience either from audit firms or multinational companies. . At least 2 years in the team lead role/tax supervisor . Had worked in an extensive ERP environment. . Knowledge in Tax Regulations, navigating Lex Libris . Good business writing and people management skills . Tax experience in a BPO setting
