DATA SCIENCE OFFICER (BUSINESS SOLUTIONS)
Job Summary
The Data Science Officer – Business Solutions supports the delivery of analytics solutions by coordinating with stakeholders, translating business requirements, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely, effective, and value-driven analytics engagements for business units.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end coordination of analytics models, studies, and initiatives to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business requirements
- Coordinate activities among business stakeholders, Analytics Services, Model Operations, and AI Innovation teams to enable effective execution of analytics solutions
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, engagement, and expectation management throughout the analytics delivery lifecycle
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into analytical and technical specifications to support solution design and development
- Maintain project documentation, delivery tracking, and governance records to promote transparency, quality assurance, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Project Management, Stakeholder Management, or a related field
- At least 2- 3 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, analytics delivery, or stakeholder management
- Knowledge of analytics and data science solution lifecycles and requirements documentation
- Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams
- Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented, with a proactive and service-oriented mindset
