We are looking for an experienced Data Quality Lead to support a large-scale enterprise data initiative focused on improving data accuracy, governance, and reporting reliability across critical business domains.
Hybrid Setup – Once a Week Onsite in Makati
Monday–Friday | 9am–6pm
Initial Contract: 6–12 Months
This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience in data quality assessments, data profiling, governance, and stakeholder engagement within complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead comprehensive data quality assessments across critical data domains and systems
- Define data quality dimensions including accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness, and validity
- Analyze datasets to identify anomalies, quality issues, and root causes
- Design and execute data profiling, validation, and rule-based quality checks
- Develop data quality scorecards, dashboards, KPIs, and metrics frameworks
- Assess current data quality controls, remediation processes, and governance mechanisms
- Engage business and technology stakeholders to understand operational pain points and data challenges
- Quantify the impact of data quality issues on reporting, operations, and decision-making
- Recommend remediation actions, process improvements, and monitoring approaches
- Align data quality initiatives with broader data governance and data management strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Data Quality, Data Governance, or Data Management roles
- Strong experience with data profiling, data validation, and data quality assessments
- Experience working with enterprise datasets and complex business systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience developing data quality metrics, scorecards, and dashboards
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and best practices
- Experience with data quality/governance tools is highly preferred
- Banking, financial services, enterprise, or highly regulated industry experience is advantageous
