Roles and Responsibilities
Assist with the effective management of the operational team over a wide geographic area
Assist with the performance management process, which includes evaluating performance, communicating performance goals, coaching performance and implementing effective development plans
Exceptional organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and achieve long term objectives
Conducting audits for Field Technicians
Assist in monitoring and uploading Energy Safety Certificates
Understand basic principles of change management and apply appropriately to prepare, introduce and manage change within the organization
Assist a direct workforce and influence an indirect workforce
General/Business Management support
