Job Description

About the Role

  • Assist with logistics, maintenance, resource planning and effective training, development, and management of our internal support team to asset our field services team throughout Australia.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist with the effective management of the operational team over a wide geographic area
  • Assist with the performance management process, which includes evaluating performance, communicating performance goals, coaching performance and implementing effective development plans
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and achieve long term objectives
  • Conducting audits for Field Technicians
  • Assist in monitoring and uploading Energy Safety Certificates
  • Understand basic principles of change management and apply appropriately to prepare, introduce and manage change within the organization
  • Assist a direct workforce and influence an indirect workforce
  • General/Business Management support

Requirements

  • Experience with Team management
  • Ability to work with business system software
  • Self-driven and self-motivated
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Good time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with a diverse range of customers
  • Positive attitude
  • MS Office Applications, primarily Excel and Word
