Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, automate and maintain robust small to medium scale Data Engineering solutions with minimal supervision and support, and align with industrial best practices and defined processes
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, to ensure the optimal technical and operational choices for our data products and solutions
  • Take ownership and provide support for delivered solutions and products, and continuously improve solution and data reliability
  • Support junior team members
  • Take ownership and drive personal development plan to ensure building & development of skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience as a Data Engineer
  • 2 yrs of experience in AWS, Azure and GC
  • 2+ years of working experience in Big Data, Data Warehouse and Data Engineering
  • 2+ years of extensive working knowledge in different programming language, including Python, Scala, Java, and SQL
  • exp in designing, building and testing large scale Big Data solutions
  • Experience with distributed data platforms framework and tools, Apache Hadoop, Spark, Kafka
