Job Overview
We are seeking a Cybersecurity Specialist with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting cybersecurity solutions. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and support of cybersecurity technologies and must be able to provide proof of experience through a Member Data Sheet (MDS) or equivalent supporting documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain cybersecurity solutions and security infrastructure.
- Perform troubleshooting and provide technical support for security-related issues.
- Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of security systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and implement security updates and patches.
- Assist in the implementation and support of cybersecurity projects.
- Analyze and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Must have at least five (5) years of experience in the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and support of specified cybersecurity solutions.
- Experience must be supported by a Member Data Sheet (MDS) or equivalent supporting documents.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, network security, and security best practices.
- Experience with security monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City, Monday to Friday.

- CISSP
- CEH
- CompTIA Security+
- CISM
- Other relevant cybersecurity certifications are an advantage.
