We are in search for an experienced Cyber Culture & Awareness Coordinator to join our talented, well-established, client-centric IT team. The position will be part of our Enterprise Applications function within Information Services (IS) group.

The Cyber Culture & Awareness Coordinator is responsible for the implementation of GHD's Cyber Awareness and Education program. The overall goal of the program is to reduce cyber risk by ensuring that all employees understand our information security policies and apply appropriate practices related to data and information technology systems.

In collaboration with other members of the Risk & Compliance team, this role will perform a broad set of activities including, but not limited to, drafting educational material and communications, creating and managing intranet content and developing marketing campaigns.

The Cyber Culture & Awareness Coordinator will also be responsible for providing metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of techniques and resources as appropriate.

Required experience:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of a high-level Cyber Awareness and education program including:
    - Addressing IS Leaders regional requirements for cyber security awareness and any issues faced with region-appropriate content
    - Reviewing online learning content for effectiveness and relevance
    - Contributing to a forward calendar of training events and campaigns
  • Assist IS Leaders in coordinating cyber awareness exercises/simulations
  • Perform research and evaluation of workplace learning techniques and trends
  • Aligning learning content to effectively represent our security policies and information management practices
  • Support the increase in cyber security and technology risk capabilities with communications and change-related activities and initiatives
  • Develop metrics demonstrating the effectiveness of the Cyber Awareness & Education program

Required experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in using Ethical Phishing technology to deliver simulated campaigns with relevant metrics and reports
  • Demonstrated experience using Learning Management systems (LMS), and development of eLearning training materials using a variety of eLearning software and tools
  • Experience in training, education, organizational development, communications, marketing, or related fields would be ideal
  • Basic knowledge of cyber security or technology is desired but not required
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written

Work schedule: Monday to Friday / 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
