We're an award-winning global outsourcer providing contact center and back-office services on behalf of our global clients. As a Customer Support Representativeyou will be working in a dynamic environment that is passionate about providing the best outcome for our customers.

To be successful in this role your experience will be in administration, with a consistent track record of rapport building and the ability to liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders. You will have excellent communication skills, be resilient, dynamic and have a real passion for Customer Support.

As an Acquire BPO employee, you are responsible for complying and enforcing policies and procedure designed to achieve information security. You are also responsible for protecting credit card, personal and/or sensitive personal information that you may handle or process during your employment in Acquire BPO.


Your day could see you:

  • Managing all inbound correspondence and email enquiries within a timely manner.

  • Providing quality customer service.

  • Building rapport with the customers.

  • Ensuring all administrative duties are actioned with the highest of quality and within sufficient timeframe.

  • Keeping aligned with policies & procedures.


  • At least 8 months of continuous tenure in a Financial campaign or company

  • Experience in back-office or admin is required

  • Experience in Banking or Loan Provider industry is preferred

  • Open to non-BPO financial experience
