Who You Are
We need a Customer Service Specialist who is proficient in Portuguese verbal and written communication. Language specialists will be the go-to person for specialized cases in Operations, content translating and response creation to drive an outstanding customer service and content.
What You Will Do
Operations:
Responsible for answering chats and email of customers and clients from different brands.
Help in translating and creating candidate response to frequently asked questions or scenarios.
Act as an SME to English speaking agents who will encounter customers and clients that needs local speaker.
Answer calls in a timely manner without drops/abandons.
Content translation:
Read given material and research industry-specific terminology
Ensure translated content conveys original meaning and tone without sacrificing the content's branding.
Follow up with internal team members and clients to ensure translation meets their needs.
What You Need to Have
Good English skills both verbal and written.
Bi-lingual (Portuguese/English) verbal and written
2-3 years of experience within online casino/IGaming.
Exceptional customer service orientation featuring an empathetic, compassionate and professional demeanor with each interaction.
Must be an effective communicator, able to explain resolutions and contents in an informational, influential, concise, and personable manner with outstanding etiquette.
