Completed at least 1 year in college

  • Airline experience of at least 6 months
  • Required to have experience using GDS or reservations and ticketing tools. (Web-based tools or the website of the account is not considered).
  • Customer Service Experience of at least 1 year (including the 6 months Airline Experience in the count)
  • Channel Experience in Phone or Chat/Email. Multi-channel experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify the cause of problems & recommend solutions
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Amenable to work in rotating shifts
  • Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City

Salary package up to 30k
