Job Description
Completed at least 1 year in college
- Airline experience of at least 6 months
- Required to have experience using GDS or reservations and ticketing tools. (Web-based tools or the website of the account is not considered).
- Customer Service Experience of at least 1 year (including the 6 months Airline Experience in the count)
- Channel Experience in Phone or Chat/Email. Multi-channel experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills to identify the cause of problems & recommend solutions
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Amenable to work in rotating shifts
- Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
Salary package up to 30k
