A Customer Service Specialist L1 is expected to perform the following tasks:

What areas will you support
  • Attend to various existing customers through inbound enquiries about the platform. The successful candidate will be heavily involved in the operational element of the helpdesk with the investigation and responding directly to tickets.
  • What type of data is to be entered
  • The data entry will normally be entering products, images, customer details, and pricing into our customer system. It is very straight forward and we will provide the training and access required to get everyone up to speed.
What type of data is to be analyzed
  • Manipulation of Excel documents around products, prices, and customers for reporting purposes.
  • Our key responsibility is to use our CMS to build menus, customer lists, and pricing tables as directed by our internal team.
  • These staff will also need to provide basic reports in Excel (filtering and graphing data).
  • Being able to conduct basic (desktop) research tasks also is important.
What it takes to be part of our team:
  • At least 2 years of email support/call experience in a BPO setting
  • Experience working with CMS systems (or CRM, support) that are web-based systems to enter and edit data or deal with customers
  • Excellent Communication skills
