Your Role:
Daily
Backup on our phone network for calls
Reviewing daily security reports and actioning any issues ie client advise, missing reports, quote required, roster updated
Creating daily client reports
Using our rostering system, confirm shifts, enter any staff leave, update actual shift coverage
Check staff compliance documents and send requests for updated information
Monthly
Entering client shifts into rostering system
Review rosters for public holidays and leave
Roster - publish rosters
Send Client / Staff newsletters
Staff anniversary letters and birthday greetings
Client reports create and send - basic
Some more complex reports to create
Check monthly invoicing and pass to accounts
Subcontractor compliance
Quote follow up
As required
Book prospective staff for interview
Send onboarding link to new staff
Enter new staff into rostering system
Advise unsuccessful applicants
Download new tenders
Other admin tasks if required
Updating procedures
